Marathon Health, LLC, a provider of onsite health centers that enable employers to optimize the health of their workforce and business, today announced that it has expanded its Florida presence to twenty-one health centers with the opening of the Charlotte County Public Schools onsite health center next month. Last month, Charlotte County Public Schools officials announced that the district transitioned its onsite wellness center to Marathon Health in an effort to increase participation in primary and preventative care services, improve the health of their population, and reduce healthcare costs.
Boca Raton Regional Hospital recently renewed their agreement with Marathon Health to continue to provide a convenient health center to employees on campus. Boca Raton Regional Hospital understands the importance of empowering employees and their dependents to take control of their health. Therefore, the company is offering its health center services to employers in the Boca Raton community that don’t meet the requirement to establish their own onsite health center.
