James is a 29-year-old New Balance employee who began using the Norridgewock, ME, on-site clinic in January of 2011. James is asthmatic who was a heavy smoker and decided to visit the clinic after he had difficulty breathing after a day of skiing. James participated in the Marathon Health smoking cessation program and began using Chantix. He’s been smoke-free for six months now and has set new goals for himself to lose weight and exercise more.
