Monica: "Knowing that associates are getting the care that they need when they need it and that they love the care that they're getting is huge for us."

Protecting employees and controlling costs
Judy: "It's tremendously important for our employees to understand the value of the Marathon program. Healthcare costs are just out of control and employers are having to make changes and shift a lot of the costs to the employees. Akron Public Schools hasn't had to do that because of some of the cost containment that we realized by having that Marathon program in place."
Sue: "They didn't have to do that. They could have left us to the wolves. We could have gone anywhere, but I think word is out that Marathon is where you need to go."
Care for the people who keep America running
Monica: "We have welders. It's hot. We're in Indiana and they work through all conditions and Marathon really allows us to be able to take care of them as a thank you to the work that they do for us."
What advanced primary care really means
Dr. Poptik: "Advanced primary care is essentially using all of the resources available from your physician and their team to provide care over your lifetime. So that includes things like preventive medicine, acute care, urgent care, chronic disease management, mental healthcare, family planning, all of those things that go into keeping a family healthy."
Healthcare the way it should be
Taylor: "I am so appreciative to have my husband's healthcare. I tell him all the time I don't know what I do because Marathon Health is just so easy for me to just call and get in."
