Christina Wahlig

Christina Wahlig serves as General Counsel for Marathon Health, overseeing commercial and strategic transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, employment matters, data privacy, intellectual property protection, and claims/litigation. Before joining Marathon Health, Wahlig served six years as the General Counsel of MyWebGrocer, Inc., as in-house counsel for InfoSpace, Inc. (now Blucora), and in private law firms' corporate and securities departments. She also founded and ran her own law firm, Loughran & Wahlig, PLLC, advising her corporate clients on commercializing and protecting proprietary technology, corporate structure, corporate governance, and data privacy. Wahlig is a graduate of Yale University and Cornell Law School.
