In March we hosted our annual client event, Engage, in Orlando, FL — but it still feels like it was yesterday. Between networking conversations, shared meals, fun activities, and amazing general and breakout sessions, we are still unpacking everything we learned over three days. As we do so, we wanted to take a moment and share more about the incredible experience that was Engage 2025!
Sparking transformation
The theme for Engage 2025 was “Sparking Transformation”. We chose this theme because it tells the story of what we do every day.
The connections Marathon and our partners create through empowered patients and providers allow us to be sparks of transformation for our patients.
This transformation, driven by partnership, culture, engagement, and exceptional care creates real change in the lives of our patients. It is the real-world impact we bring to patient health and client bottom lines.
Engage 2025 by the numbers
Engage 2025 was our largest to date, with client partners of all kinds taking part in the conversation. A wide range of industries were represented, including:
- Manufacturing
- Public sector
- Education
- Professional services
- Labor
Our speakers shared lessons learned and insights into topics ranging from growing engagement and maximizing ROI to GLP-1s, mental health, and industry-specific breakouts. According to our survey results, what resonated the most was:
