Our impact teams provide a unique opportunity to bring your full self to work each day. As a remote workforce, the also give our teammates a chance to meet others who are on the same teams and meetings as them, helping to connect everyone together. Our impact teams help:

Some examples of our impact teams include:

Community Impact Team

This team promotes community engagement and recognizes the volunteerism of our teammates. Whether it’s organizing local service projects or supporting nonprofit organizations, you’ll have the chance to give back and make a positive impact beyond the workplace.

Green Team

Passionate about sustainability? Our Green Team leads initiatives to reduce waste and promote environmental education.

Health Equity Team

Our Health Equity Team provides guidance on social determinants of health (SDOH), connection, belonging, and inclusion (CBI) clinical trainings, and health literacy.

Compliance, Health, and Safety Team

This team plays a vital role in ensuring that our organization adheres to compliance, health, and safety standards. They coordinate strategies and reporting for corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) audits and updates. (Invitation only).

Belonging Council and Teammate Resource Groups

Our Belonging Council leads and aligns connection, belonging and inclusion (CBI) work across Marathon Health in partnership with our Teammate Resource Groups. Our resource groups include:

  • BIPOC
  • LGBTQIA+
  • Ability
  • Military
  • Parenting/Caregiving
