The new Marathon Health Mobile App provides our clients and members easy and convenient access to their Marathon Health care team. Our goal is to personalize patient engagement, empower members to take care of their health and deliver a great experience to ultimately improve health outcomes.
The mobile format supports our preventive model of care by enabling broader engagement and allows our members to access care when they’re not near a computer or when they’re on the go. Members will continue to have access to the online portal, giving them multiple ways to manage their health and get in touch with our care team.

The Marathon Health mobile app is ready for you to download now!
Access to care is simple. Members can download the Marathon Health app from the App Store or Google Play and then sign in with their existing Marathon Health online portal username and password. Members who have never used the online portal can sign up for a new account by securely providing their social security number and birthday. This information is only used to find members in our system.
The legacy Marathon Health app will remain available for any clients who are on the legacy Marathon Health EMR platform. Once migrated to athenahealth, members who go to the old app will be prompted to download the new app. Once you are eligible to sign up for the redesigned app, you can delete the older app. The legacy app will be phased out completely once all clients are supported by the athenahealth EMR.
Yes! The Marathon Health online portal will remain available for you to use and will have the same features as your mobile app.
