Every quarter, we gather all our teammates from across the country for a Town Hall - an opportunity to share important business updates, ask our leadership team questions, and announce and celebrate our award recipients.
At Everside, there are two types of awards that teammates can receive.
First is the Trifecta Award, which recognizes a clinical teammate for outstanding performance while interacting with patients, teammates, and clients. Trifecta Award recipients receive a $1,000 spot bonus in addition to a celebration with their colleagues.
Second is the Core Value Award, which is given to 3-4 teammates each quarter and recognizes those who exemplify any of our core values.
