Everside Health has hired Mike Michetti as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Michetti will focus on ensuring operational excellence and an industry-leading experience for patients, clients, and providers alike.

Most recently, Michetti served as the Chief Operating Officer for the physician enterprise of Allegheny Health where he was responsible for all aspects of the physician enterprise and focused on delivering operational excellence across a network of over 2,100 employed providers and creating a unique partnership between payor and provider to drive exceptional value-based outcomes.
Prior to his tenure at AHN, Michetti was the Senior Vice President of System Clinical Operations and the COO of the Physician Enterprise at Mercy where he was responsible for developing and leading the overall strategy and execution of the operations of a 3,200 provider medical group operating across the ambulatory and hospital footprint. He also led the organization’s strategy of embracing and performing in a value-based payment model, along with developing and integrating the virtual/telehealth capabilities into the clinical delivery system.
