Q3 2023 Trifecta Award Winner
Francis Domaoal is a Medical Assistant based in California who was recently recognized for going above and beyond for our patients, clients, and teammates.
Here are a few highlights of Francis’s commitment to excellence:
· Francis is a forward thinker, always looking ahead to see how he can provide the best care to our patients.
· Francis is the only Super Trainer in the state of California and is doing a phenomenal job at ensuring that our newest health centers are ready for safe delivery of patient care, and that our newest teammates have satisfied all training requirements to provide care confidently and competently to the high volume of new patients that we are welcoming to the region.
· Francis goes above and beyond for his teammates as both a Super Trainer and as a Float MA. He brings his tenure and experience as an MA and as a trainer to all new hires and by the end of his training the MAs are set up to succeed.
