Celebrating an exciting year and looking forward to 2025
To say that 2024 has been an exciting year for our teammates, patients, and partners would be an understatement. We exist to enable millions of people to live their healthiest life, one patient at a time, and our strategic combination earlier this year has strengthened and accelerated our ability to deliver on that promise.
As we close the year, our team has so much to be proud of. We are grateful to all of our client partners that have entrusted us to care for their patients’ lives. We’ve seen growth confirming the market recognizes the benefits of advanced primary care and the value realized in moving away from fee-for-service to a population health model aligned to outcomes.
We announced the expansion of our open-access network model to nearly 100 health centers across the country, offering more access to advanced primary care for patients to increase engagement. And we have enhanced our capabilities to better serve patients and client partners in several key areas including mental health counseling, musculoskeletal management, care navigation and value-based referral guidance, incentive management to increase engagement, occupational health support, and advanced analytics and reporting insights to better demonstrate the value and impact of our offering.
In addition, the team has worked tirelessly to come together as one Marathon Health adopting the best practices of our tremendous company heritage. Our teammates and partners have done incredible work in collaboration with each other. Despite the enormous complexity of system migrations such as this, the overall execution has been tremendous as evidenced by positive care team and patient feedback and sets up the company for improved experience and accelerated innovation in 2025 and beyond.
Thank you all for your patience and partnership as we build the foundation for future success. We’ve never been better positioned to serve our patients with the full breadth of care they need to be well, delivered through access to care that meets them where they are.
